HB 17                                                                                                                         
The following, which was advanced to third reading from the                                                                     
March 20 calendar (page 1887), was read the third time:                                                                         
                                                                                                                                
     CS FOR HOUSE BILL NO. 17(HSS) am                                                                                           
     "An Act relating to insurance coverage for contraceptives and                                                              
     related services; relating to medical assistance coverage for                                                              
     contraceptives and related services; and providing for an effective                                                        
     date."                                                                                                                     
                                                                                                                                
Representatives Ruffridge and Stapp moved and asked unanimous                                                                   
consent to abstain from voting because of a conflict of interest.
